This is an elite closed graphics community. What does that mean, you ask?
It means that this community is for those who like to make graphics, and for those who want graphics made for them. As long as you follow the rules and have fun, this community should run smoothly!

1. CREDIT IS MANDITORY!

2. Anyone can make a request, but only makers can fill these requests.

3. In conjunction with Rule 2, only makers can post saying that they are taking requests.

4. Please fill out one of the forms below if you're making a request.

5. Do NOT steal anything in this community. Original blinkies, graphics ideas, or anything like that, that are made only for this community, must stay in this community. Do not go requesting graphics a maker has made specifically for this community in others on any journal site.

6. Whoring posts will be deleted unless

master_splinter has said it was okay beforehand.

7. Lj-Cuts are to be used when making a request, and when posts contain large images, or multiple images. If you don't know what one is, you probably don't belong in this community. :P

8. Things take time to make... don't be impatient and nag the person who said they'd make something for you.

9. Try not to over-do it with the requests. I don't want one person requesting 30 blinkies in a week.

10. Make ALL posts FRIENDS-ONLY please. This is a closed community. You'll get a warning and if it isn't changed within 24 hours, it'll be deleted.

11. Everyone can post on maker polls, however... If the majority of votes from MAKERS is no, even if the majority of all votes is yes, you will not be accepted.

12. Remember, when voting on a maker... Compare them to yourselves, and other accepted makers; if they're ALMOST as good, or better than you are, then vote yes. If you're having second thoughts, make it a no. We are trying to make a community of the BEST makers out there.

13. Absolutely NO crossposting will be tolerated. You'll recieve one warning if I find you crossposting, and if you do it again you'll be banned.

14. If you've read all the rules and agree to them all, simply post "I wish to be 31337" somewhere in your comment on the post to apply to be in the community.
